So long, farewell…

Dear Broadway Informer Readers,

It is with a heavy heart that I write this.

First, I want to thank you all for reading, collaborating, asking questions, commenting and supporting Broadway Informer for over two years now. It started as just a little blog – so that we could share our Broadway knowledge with the greater community. That little blog grew into something huge – a website where we could continue to give out information, have bigger contests and keep in touch with you all.

The Broadway Community is an amazing one and there are no others like it. We have met some many amazing people, actors, directors, producers – you name it. We had fun at The Tony’s and Broadway Flea markets. We’ve met so many Broadway bloggers and website peeps our heads want to explode sometimes. This community is incredible and if you’re lucky enough to be a part of it – don’t ever take that for granted.

Here is the hard part for me, telling you what’s coming next. Do to unforeseen events we are no longer going to keep Broadway Informer an active, interactive site. The site will remain up and the rush/lottery policy information will only hold current shows with policies. As those shows close, we will delete them. We will continue to be on Twitter, RTing our favorite Broadway people. If you ever have questions, you can always reach us there as well. Please feel free to read the fantastic interviews and archive posts and remember, revivals do happen…

We had a great run and DC, JZ and I will miss you all. We thank all of our guest writers, bloggers and collaborators as well. Most importantly, we thank you. We couldn’t have done it without your support.

Sincerely,

Ashley Hallmark
